I am going to tell you what almost no major media outlet is reporting about during the pandemic. The most important tool we have to lower the spread of the disease is within our grasp daily. With the covid-19 pandemic running its course and no end in sight, it is time to plot an offensive. No longer can we live in fear, we must not let this virus continue to steal our most precious asset of time. So what is this secret sauce, what is this offensive plan? To actively strengthen our immune system.

The human immune system is basically an army ready to defend against any microorganism that invades the body. Since it is a system of many parts, not a single unit, it cannot technically be boosted.
